Universal Patterns of Behavior Considered - Archetype Cards

The theory of archetypes is nothing new and it has been considered far before Carl Jung made mention of the collective unconsciousness which are considered to house these personality types. Plato even referred to such things an discussed these ideas. Today there are archetype cards and there are some very cool books on all this.

Some of the cards are used for dreams others to help understand lifelong patterns. I would like to recommend that a couple of books to you, but before I do let me warn you not to be over sold or tricked into buying lesser quality cards in my opinion. Do not buy archetype cards of any type from hypocritical self-proclaimed spiritual gurus that are psychotherapists. In my personal view they simply are inferior. I would like to recommend the:

"Archetype Cards" by Caroline Myss

The collection is killer and she has some 80 archetype cards available. She has another great book that I recommend called;

"Awakening Your Divine Potential" an New York Times Best Seller.

So you should be buying the best not some Voodoo Imitation to be used in some bizarre dream scheme. Using her deck of cards and reading her other book you will learn a lot, without the spiritual new-age hype. For someone with an open mind they do indeed make a pretty cool gift and who ever you give them to will be happy.

Perhaps you need to do a little research on these things and look into who is really got the right idea on the ancient archetype forms or templates, I think Plato might in fact be proud of your efforts to promote these tools of enlightenment.
